Binge eating! Help much?

This is just a brief video sharing a little about my binge-eating situation … its not too in depth but if there’s other people out there going through the same thing, and let me know … I’ll post some more stuff on it, perhaps in response or sharing some of my struggles.

I’m really interested in what people have to say - because ultimately every opinion matters, and each little knotch gets us closer to achieving a healthy goal to overcome these issues.
