ANYONE have ANY tips on how to stop binges?

You probably have an oral fixation, or you comfort eat. To lose weight, try drinking a glass of water before you eat to make you feel more full. Chew gum, or snack on a low calorie food like rice cakes, etc. for your oral fixation. If its a comfort thing, get a cat.

In extreme cases of over eating gastric bypass surgery is an option. This is a dangerous procedure which has in cases resolted in fatal complications. The stomach is effectivly shrunk to a flaction of it's size and one can no longer eat in anything approaching large quantites. The operations is very effective but should only be considered as a last option.

I would suggest you look for the causes for over eating. But facing the route of the problem you can confont it and solve the real emotional issues surrounding the eating. I would recomment you seek the help from a professional phycologist.

Also look for alternatives to eating to keep you occupied, take up a hobby.
